2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths Interior architectural space planning for
main kitchen, bathrooms and cabin. All architectural
finishes. Completion of lighting. Cabinet design, as well as
interior furnishings consultation.
Memorial Lofts Project, Houston
A 20 unit high end low rise condominium project remodeling to
improve product perception. Specification and design for
elevator, corridors and finishes, 40 car garage remodel,
coordination of landscaping and recommendation of upgrade
finishes.
Francis Residence, Houston
A 5,000 square foot residential remodeling project in the Museum
District of Houston for a couple with grown children. Entire home
design, including all finishes and materials, lighting, window
coverings, furniture planning etc. Creation of an extensive master
suite: including a study for him – project area for her – elegant
master bedroom, bathroom and extensive closets and built
ins.
Triebel – Gist Residence,
Houston
Remodeling design of a
typical West University cottage completed gutted and re-designed to
accomplish a 2009 open plan for a professional couple.
Collaboration with Architect and Owner for final space planning,
cabinet designs, lighting design layouts, custom design for
stainless steel kitchen hood, finish selections, closet design and
integration of existing furniture for remodeled spaces.

Also designed and installed several corporate offices, modular
office workspaces, computer room, files rooms, conference and
reception
